This Online Purchase Information governs purchases made through the website. Please read these policies carefully prior to making a purchase. Also, please be advised that these policies may change and you should review them from time-to-time as you use our site.

Payments
Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.
Sales Tax Wellensteyn-usa.com Online Store is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to California only. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects an estimation of taxes. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may differ from the initial tax.
Email Confirmations Upon ordering at Wellensteyn-USA.com you will receive confirmation emails when:
- Your order is received. You will also receive a copy of your invoice.
- Your order is processing.
- Your order is shipped.
- Your order is cancelled.
- Your return has been processed.
Order Status If you are a registered shopper, you can quickly check the status for any Internet, phone or mail/fax order, by clicking on the "order status" link located at the top of every page on the site.
You will need your order number to check a specific order or select "view all orders" to see all orders placed within the last six months.
When you place an order with Wellensteyn-USA.com, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the order number. Please retain this e-mail for your records.
If you have misplaced your order number or prefer to check your order status by phone, simply call us at 213.291.1501 X 105.
Tracking Your Order As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with information on how to get your shipment and tracking details.
To track your order please visit our website and click on the order status link. You will be able to get your UPS tracking number by logging in and clicking on your order number. Enter that number at www.ups.com to check status of your online order.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier’s site.
Shipping and Delivery
Your Jacket will ship as soon as possible (most likely within one day of placing your order). Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days. If you choose to expedite shipping you can select one of the expedited shipping options.
All deliveries will require signature at the time of delivery.
International shipping is available only to Canada and will be based on the current rate. You will be responsible for applicable import taxes and duties your country charges.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange an item within the first 15 DAYS after you've received your order as long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes sale items. Please contact Customer Service at 213-291-1501 to request an RA# (Return Authorization number). Do not ship any return to Wellensteyn without a RA # or your return will be refused.
Returns will be refunded after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition.
Products must be in the condition you received them with the original tags and in the intact original box and/or packaging.
Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Wellensteyn USA will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. Sorry, we cannot take returns on worn items.
Please make sure to insure your shipment and record your tracking number, because we cannot issue an exchange or refund until our warehouse confirms receipt. If the warehouse does not confirm receipt, then you may need to track your package to check the status. We are not responsible for lost packages.
No returns or exchanges are available for sale items.
Shipping and handling is not refundable for returns.
You will be responsible for the freight charges unless you have received damage goods. If you have received damaged goods, please email our customer care at customerservice@wellensteyn-usa.com and we will respond with the appropriate return instructions. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they cannot be accepted.
All returns will be credited to the original credit card used.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our warehouse receiving your item, unless the exchange requested is on backorder.
Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.
